    4 x white fleshy fish fillet such as red snapper or flathead,

    \nA sprinkle of salt flakes
    \nA twist of fresh ground pepper
    \n2 cloves chopped garlic
    \nA sprinkle of fresh chopped thyme

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place fish into an ovenproof dish.
    \nSmear butter over fish and top with remaining ingredients.
    \nCover with foil. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes, until just cooked.

    500g green beans – steamed & cooled
