BBQ Pork Spare Ribs with Sting

Cooking Time: Marinade 4 hrs / Cook 10 mins
400g Greek yoghurt
4 Tbl Matchett's Sting
½ tsp cracked black pepper
12 short meaty pork spare ribs
Mix together the yoghurt, Sting and pepper.
Place the spare ribs into a flat dish and coat liberally with the marinade.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Preheat BBQ. Remove excess marinade and cook to your desired degree.
