Please note that all Matchett Productions & Big Sissy Foods orders are subject to stock availability. If stock is not available at the time of order, we offer a full refund or upon notification to the purchaser we will dispatch the goods expediently once they become available.
Please note that Matchett Productions and Big Sissy Foods only accept claims made within 7 days of receipt on all damaged goods. If you receive an item that is deemed to be unsatisfactory or damaged, please notify email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods for an assessment evaluation. Please include in your notification any supporting photographic evidence, Best Before/Batch details, product description and detailed reason for dissatisfaction to validate claim.
Matchett Productions & Big Sissy Foods may also request that the goods be returned reply paid with all original packaging and receipted delivery numbers.
Subsequently, if Matchett Productions & Big Sissy Foods evaluates the assessment details provided by the customer and deems that the goods are faulty or damaged, then Matchett Productions & Big Sissy Foods will issue full replacement of goods or alternately we will refund the original product price via the original method of payment.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order and at any such time we will immediately notify the purchaser, and refund the monies paid using the original method received.
Should the Purchaser need to cancel an order, money will only be refunded if at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the dispatch of your order. Matchett Productions & Big Sissy Foods reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee should less than 48 hours prior notice of dispatch be given.
