Serves: makes 2 cups
1 Cup plain yoghurt
Cup sour cream
2 spring onions - sliced into fine rounds
2 small cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp fresh thyme - finely chopped
2 Tbl Matchett’s Chilli Jam
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with Southern Fried Chicken (omit for vegetarian option)
